Junior Project Manager (50-100%)
We’re building the first wearable sensor that continuously and non-invasively measures lactate in saliva. This hasn’t been technically possible until now. We believe it unlocks a new class of insight into exercise control and recovery, turning lactate into a real-time signal instead of a lab artefact.
Our wearable sensor has the potential to transform sports performance optimisation, enabling athletes to achieve peak performance in every session will result in more successful competitions and medals won. We have developed a functional prototype, and we are currently building our first commercial product.
The company is growing fast and we are looking for several people to join our incredible team in Zurich.
Who We Are & What We Are Doing
Junior Project Manager (50-100%)
Take over most company admin tasks such as logistics, event organisation, process documentation and decision tracking.
Take full ownership of selected subprojects based on experience fit, such as contractor management, HR/recruitment, product management or financial reporting.
Help identify operational bottlenecks early and build systems that remove them.
Responsibilities
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or equivalent practical experience.
Experience in fast-moving environments and project management.
Comfortable operating across technical, commercial, and operational domains.
Preferred Background
You are great at structuring and managing complex projects.
You execute fast and with high standards.
You’re persistent and unblock yourself.
You communicate clearly and directly.
You challenge ideas to get to the right answer.
You operate independently and make sound decisions without hand-holding.
Big plus if you’re an endurance athlete or actively care about performance measurement and self-quantification.
Must Haves
You’ll work from our office in the center of Zürich, alongside a small, dynamic, interdisciplinary team that moves fast and argues constructively. We take the work seriously, not ourselves. There’s unlimited coffee and an emotional support dog in the office, because building hard tech is easier when the environment is human.

Own the full data pipeline for biosensing signals from raw input to model-ready datasets.
Build signal-processing, feature-extraction, and denoising algorithms that work under real-world noise.
Design, train, and deploy ML models for lactate prediction, concentration estimation, and trend detection.
Drive data collection campaigns end to end, including protocol design, annotation, and ground-truth alignment.
Partner tightly with hardware and firmware teams to optimise sampling, calibration, and drift compensation.
Own the translation of algorithm outputs into product-ready metrics that actually ship.
Document your work clearly and maintain internal evaluation reports and dashboards.
Responsibilities
MSc, PhD, or demonstrable real-world expertise in Data Science, Computer Science, Biomedical Engineering, or similar.
Strong in Python, time-series analysis, signal processing, and applied machine learning.
Experience with biological, chemical, or electrochemical sensor data is a strong plus.
Comfortable working with low-amplitude, high-noise physiological signals.
